Balfour Beatty site safety campaign
Balfour Beatty has created an initiative called Zero Harm – a worldwide safety programme aimed at reducing the company’s accident frequency rate (AFR) to zero.
I was asked to create a site safety campaign aimed at raising awareness among contractors regarding the importance of staying safe on site.
The solution was an easily adaptable site wide campaign featuring posters, vinyl banners for perimeter fencing and induction cabin banners. We even included some experiential elements such as severed fingers designed to be left overnight in the on-site cutting areas. Whoever discovered them the morning after would have plenty to tell their workmates later. And it wasn’t even Halloween!
