Since its launch in Silicon Valley in 2006, Centric Software has been at the forefront of digital transformation.
Initially designed to drive efficient product design and development in the fashion industry, its flagship SaaS product, Centric PLM, has expanded into an eco-system of apps and modules that powers success in manufacturing, food and beverage, cosmetics, consumer electronics, and more, helping brands compete more effectively in the global marketplace by simplifying development, removing inefficiencies and improving product quality.
Following a web audit, I spent three months working closely with the company’s in-house web team on a number of copywriting projects designed to make the site more user-friendly.
This work involved developing a more compelling and powerful value proposition, writing new persona documents, various website & UX copywriting, and delivering a number of long-form SEO-optimised articles.
